Gifts for someone who is leaving vs arriving
Moving house gifts serve two different moments. The leaving gift acknowledges the home someone has loved (a print of the old house, made from a photo, as a keepsake of where they lived. The arriving gift celebrates the new home) the front door of the new place, illustrated as a welcome piece for the new walls.
Most of our moving house orders are for the new home (the arriving gift. Lead time: when to order for a moving day
Standard prints and mugs dispatch within 1–3 working days and arrive within 7 days of ordering. Framed prints and canvases take 3–5 working days to produce and 2–5 days to deliver. For a moving-day gift, order at least 10 working days before the date to be safe.
If the move date is tight, the postcard set (pack of 10, £19.99) is the fastest gift to produce and dispatch: it processes alongside all other Tier A products and arrives quickly. The illustration on the front is the same style as the full prints, so it doubles as a preview of the larger piece to follow.
