Start with his preferences
Ask whether there is something useful still missing from the new home, or whether he would prefer help with the move. A shared meal or a practical task may be more welcome than another object. Set a budget before browsing, and do not treat a request for no gifts as a hint to find a more persuasive one.

If he would enjoy a picture of the house
Look at the artwork he already chooses and the space available. Fine line or blueprint may suit someone who likes architectural drawings; watercolour or pen and wash may suit someone who prefers a softer image. These are preferences, not rules about gifts for men. If you are unsure, let him choose the style.
Choose the format for the place it will live
If this is going in a garage, a workshop or a shed, say so before you buy. None of these are made for an unheated, damp building, and paper least of all. It isn't a hedge: it's the reason a print in a cold shed goes wavy by February. A rigid panel survives a cold room better than a mounted print does, but nothing here is weatherproof, and we would rather tell you that than sell you the wrong thing.
- Metal print, from 30x40 cm to 50x70 cm. The toughest surface we make, and the one that suits a workshop wall if the workshop is dry.
- Canvas, from 30x40 cm to 50x70 cm. No glass to catch a reflection, which matters in a room with one window.
- Framed print, at A3, in black, white, natural or brown. For a study or a hallway, not a shed.
- Unframed print, if he has opinions about frames. Some men do.
Keep the photograph or try an illustration
Direct printing uses your uploaded photograph without an AI restyle. If an illustration would suit him, choose an AI style and review the result. Use his own photo of the house, or one he would be happy for you to use, and tick the permission box when you upload it.
After email verification, each client can generate up to three successful AI previews per day. Results appear individually with watermarks; select the exact result you want before choosing a product. Check the house details and crop. Don't assume the AI has kept every feature unchanged. There is no text-personalisation field in this route.
