Every product here starts in the same place: a photograph of somebody's actual house, restyled into one of eight illustration styles. What changes between these formats is the object, not the picture, so choose by the room rather than by the artwork.
The five with a page of their own
- The house print: unframed, on 250 gsm uncoated off-white archival paper, A4 through to 70x100 cm.
- The framed house print: A3 or A2, black or natural wood, plexiglass rather than glass. Arrives ready to hang.
- The house canvas: 30x40 to 60x80 cm, stretched over a 2 cm frame, with nothing to buy afterwards.
- The metal print: a 3 mm panel at 30x40, 40x50 or 50x70 cm, with no glazing to catch a window.
- The house mug: 11 oz white ceramic, and the one that gets used.
Four more, without a page each
- Framed canvas: the canvas set into a wood float frame, at 30x40, 40x50 or 50x70 cm, in black, dark wood or natural wood. The heaviest thing we make: a stretched canvas set into a wood frame, with no glazing over it and nothing to buy before it goes up.
- Printed on wood: 30x40 or 40x50 cm on 10 mm birch-faced plywood, frameless. The ink goes onto the board rather than onto white, so pale areas take the grain — which suits a line illustration and does not suit a photograph with a lot of sky in it.
- The water bottle: 500 ml stainless steel, the house wrapped round it. The one that leaves the house.
- The digital file: the illustration itself, sent as a file, for a card you are making yourself or a frame you already own.
