Keep the photo, or illustrate it
Print the photo as it is when it is already a good daylight shot of the frontage. Illustrate it in one of eight styles when the photo has a bin, a van or a grey sky in it that you would rather lose. The illustration is AI-generated: verify your email and you get up to three successful watermarked previews per client per day, shown one by one, and you pick the one to keep. Check the windows, door and roofline against the photo before you choose, because AI can change them.
Use a photo you took or have permission to use. A listing photo from the estate agent is someone else's photograph, so it needs their permission like any other.
What it can be printed on
- Poster from A4 to 70x100 cm.
- Framed print at A3 or A2, in black or natural wood.
- Canvas from 30x40 to 60x80 cm, or a framed canvas up to 50x70 cm in black, dark wood or natural wood.
- Metal from 30x40 to 50x70 cm, and wood at 30x40 or 40x50 cm.
- An 11oz mug or a 500ml bottle, for a house with no spare wall yet.
- A digital download of the complete artwork, for printing or framing later.
Ordering in time for Christmas
Everything is made after the order is placed. Production takes 2 to 4 working days and standard UK delivery another 2 to 5, so orders arrive in 4 to 9 working days. Priority delivery, chosen at checkout, brings that to 3 to 6. Weekends and bank holidays do not count. A standard order placed on a Monday can take until the Friday of the following week; with priority, until the Tuesday.
An illustrated house takes a little longer end to end, because you choose and approve the illustration preview before the order goes in. So count back nine working days from when you want it in their hands, or six with priority, then allow for choosing the photo and the preview first. We deliver to UK addresses only.
More for a new home
Read new home gifts for choosing around the household, first home gifts if it is their first place, or housewarming gifts for the party itself.
