How much does a print cost? +
Prints start at £13.99 and every price includes free UK delivery. The illustrated preview of your home is free.
What do I upload: and what comes back? +
Upload a clear daylight photo of the front of the home. You choose to keep it as a clean photographic print, or restyle it into one of three illustration styles: fine line, soft watercolour, or bold ink. We print whichever you choose across the product family.
Can I order on behalf of someone else as a surprise gift? +
Yes, all you need is a good photo of their home. The recipient doesn't need to be involved. A straight-on daytime shot of the front of the house works best.
What if I only have an older or slightly imperfect photo? +
Send what you have, most photos work. We review every order before printing and will email you if the photo really won't reproduce well, so you're never charged for an image we can't use.
Will the printed illustration look like the preview? +
Yes, the final render uses the same style instructions as your preview, at much higher resolution. Small details may differ slightly because the artwork is regenerated, but the style and composition match the preview.
Is everything actually made in the UK? +
Yes. Production is via Gelato's UK partners for most products. AI-restyled artwork is generated digitally then printed at the UK partner. Shipped from UK locations via Royal Mail or DPD, with free UK delivery.
What do you do with my uploaded photos? +
Uploads are used only to produce your preview and your print. Unpurchased uploads are deleted automatically after 30 days; previews after 2 days. We never use your photos for anything else.
What if a gift arrives damaged? +
Email hello@ourhouseprint.com with a photo of the damage: we replace at our cost, no questions, for genuinely damaged items. Because each piece is made to order from your photo, change-of-mind returns aren't possible, but we'll always put right anything that arrives faulty.
