Our House Print is run by Craig Fearn. It rests on one idea: the best new-home gift is about the house itself. Most new-home gifts say "new home". A picture of their own front door says "your home", and that's the job Craig set the studio.
What Craig does
Craig writes every guide, gift collection and product page on the site. Where a page gives an official rule, it links to the source, usually GOV.UK or Citizens Advice. Where something everyone repeats has no source, the page says so. He also reads the email that comes to hello@ourhouseprint.com. More about him is on his author page.
What we make
Send one daylight photo of the front of a house. We print it as it is, or restyle it with AI in one of eight illustration styles, and you see a free watermarked preview before you pay. There are also sixteen ready-made house portraits in the shop. The same picture comes as a print, a framed print, a canvas with or without a frame, a metal or wood print, a mug, a water bottle or a digital file.
How an order is made
Nothing is warehoused. Each order goes to one of our two print partners: Prodigi makes the framed prints, the framed and float canvases, and the jigsaws, ceramic baubles and cushions. Gelato makes everything else. Making takes 2 to 5 working days, depending on the product, and orders arrive in 4 to 9 working days. UK delivery is included in the price. We review every order before it goes to print, and if a photo really won't reproduce well we email you, not charge you for it.
If a piece arrives damaged or with a print fault, we reprint it or refund you at our cost. A ready-made house portrait can be returned within 14 days if you change your mind. A print made from your own photo can't, because it was made for you. The full position is on delivery & returns.
