I write the gift guides, collection pages, and product descriptions on the site myself. They are based on what we actually make, what new homeowners and housewarming buyers tell us works, and what we hear back from customers. Where I link to an external source (a government housing report, a delivery provider's terms) I link to the primary page. Where I reference our own products or lead times, those figures come from how we operate.

How I keep the facts straight
The price boxes on the product and gift pages read from the same catalogue the checkout uses, so the price you see is the price you pay. Delivery dates are worked out on the day, not typed in. When a claim everyone repeats has no source behind it, such as an average spend on a housewarming gift, the page tells you that plainly.
